Our congregation was founded in 1992 by Rabbi Ira and Gloria Brawer. Ayts Chayim is a congregation of Jewish and non-Jewish followers of Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah. We believe that Yeshua is the fulfillment of our people as expressed by the Jewish prophets of the Tenach (Hebrew Scriptures).

Our mission is to establish a loving, Jewish community in South Florida and to call our people back to the God of our fathers through faith in Yeshua the Messiah. At the heart of Ayts Chayim is our spiritual core through which our members learn, worship, celebrate and grow together. We are a place for those seeking spiritual connection, true worship, acceptance and friendship in a family atmosphere.

Our Vision And Our Purpose

1. To worship the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in His fullness and to express our worship in a Biblically Jewish context.

2. To live a Messianic Jewish lifestyle by embracing and celebrating the Biblical feasts and other Jewish festivals, observing traditional Jewish life passages such as Brit Milah (circumcision), Bar and Bat Mitzvah, weddings and funerals.

3. To communicate effectively the Good News of the Messiah Yeshua to all people, with special emphasis to the Jewish people of South Florida.

4. To disciple and train members into spiritual maturity and Godly character so they may fulfill their calling within the Body of Messiah in the power of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).

5. To pass our Messianic Jewish heritage to the next generation.

6. To strengthen families by with practical Biblical teaching.

7. To support the State of Israel as a homeland for all Jewish people and consistently pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

8. To work toward unity and revival in the Body of Messiah in our local community and elsewhere.

9. To promote the restoration of Israel to the Messiah.

10. To bless the Church by teaching the Jewish Roots of the faith.
